Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Gulf Unnati incentive program by Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited (GOLIL). By participating in the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app or joining the incentive scheme.
SERVICE
This Website/App is created and controlled by Tajonline (India) Private Limited. Tajonline owns and controls following domain name: www.myincentives.in among others.
By accessing, browsing, submitting information, participating in Site offerings, or otherwise using this Website or services through your end user account/ID, you confirm and acknowledge that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts and have full power, capacity and authority to accept these Terms, and after having read and understood these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms, or you do not wish to agree to any additional / modified Terms, then, You must not subscribe to or use our services and refrain from using the Site. If you are accepting on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such third party to these Terms. If you don't have the legal authority to be bound by these Terms and conditions, you shall forthwith withdraw your access to the Website and rescind this agreement. Only duly authorized person from your entity shall consent to and accept these Terms.
Incentive Program Eligibility
- Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd is the organizer of the Gulf Unnati Program (Dealer Loyalty Program)
- The program is extended to select Gulf Oil Dealers on invitation only. Only dealers who have purchased a min average volume (as decided by Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd) of Gulf Oil products are eligible to enter the program. Gulf Oil reserves the right to choose the dealer for this program
- The program is valid on purchase of Gulf Oil products from authorized Gulf Oil Automotive Distributors only.
- The dealer will be able to earn points based on the volume purchased and other bonuses as mentioned in this brochure.
- Non-availability of stocks will not be entertained as a valid reason for not reaching the minimum volume criteria
- The benefits/gifts under this program are not transferable and not for sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gulf Oil employees, their spouses & children, authorized distributors, distributor staff, spouses & children and persons connected to this program are not authorized to participate in this program.
- Gulf Oil will not be liable for redemption requests being lost, delayed or misdirected or for technical faults in telecommunication networks, internet access, or otherwise preventing the participant from redeeming the points
- The decision of Gulf Oil will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the program
- The program App is provided for checking point balance and other program related information.
- Each registered dealer can login through the registered mobile number and access the app.
- Gulf Oil will not be liable if the dealer has shared his/her login credentials or membership ID with any third party and for any redemption of gifts from his/her login or membership ID
- The program and benefits under the program are subject to Income Tax and such other taxes as may be applicable in force from time to time
- Gulf Oil reserves the right to alter, change or modify the T&C of the program at any time it is in force at its discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
- In the event of any inconsistency between these T&C and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the program, these T&C will prevail
- Gulf Oil reserves the right to postpone/cancel the program for any reason whatsoever including due to the provisions of any statutes of Rules & Regulations as may be in force from time to time
- Any dealer found to be getting points by improper means in the opinion of Gulf Oil would be disqualified from the program and the discretion of his/her reinstatement into the program and points redemption will lie with Gulf Oil
- The decision to disqualify from the program certain dealers would lie solely with Gulf Oil and shall be final and binding. In case of disqualification, Gulf Oil will inform the concerned dealer at least 1 month in advance and the dealer will be entitled to redeem the points accumulated up to the date of disqualification, provided the minimum points accumulation criteria is fulfilled
- The participant shall not bring any action, claim, damages, or other proceedings against Gulf Oil, it’s Directors, agents, employees, licensees, or assigns, the event sponsors, or any company or persons associated with Gulf Oil in relation to the program
- The participant undertakes to indemnify Gulf Oil, it’s Directors, agents, employees, licensees, and assigns, from all claims demands, damages, or expenses as a result of breaching these T&Cs, negligence or otherwise arising out of their participation in the program.
- Any disputes with regard to the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
- Every participant will be assigned a unique membership ID on enrolment.
- The membership ID will be active for the entire duration of the program.
- In case of disqualification or program eligibility criteria not being fulfilled during the program, the membership ID of such retailers will be deactivated.
- Every participant can have only one membership ID. No two membership ids can be clubbed
- All communication will be sent to the registered mobile number provided by the participant during enrolment and it is the responsibility of the participant to inform Gulf Oil about any changes.
- All communication will be deemed to have been received by the participant and Gulf Oil bears no responsibility for communication not received by any communication media.
- No cash top-ups (part cash, part point payment) are allowed while redeeming rewards
- In case there is any dispute between the participant and Gulf Oil, the participant can continue his/her transactions with Gulf Oil and earn points but no redemptions will be allowed till resolution
- Redemption requests cannot be reversed by the participants
- If any sales are reversed, the impact, if any, will be in the month of recognition of the reversal.
- No points or benefits in the program can be transferred from one participant to another
- Points earned by one participant cannot be combined the points earned by another participant
- If there is a change in points allocated for any product or voucher, then the benefit, if any will be passed onto the participant in the form of Bonus points, or refund in points, if applicable
- The rewards depicted in the Gulf Oil Unnati Brochure are only indicative and the actual reward or prize may vary. The points value and rewards are subject to change depending on the availability of the reward. It will take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to process the rewards.
- Gulf Oil will endeavour to keep the participant informed of any delays.
- All vouchers except Automobile vouchers will be sent digitally to the Unnati App of the respective Unnati Retailers post redemption. There is no other form in which the vouchers will be sent. No requests for change in the form of voucher delivery will be entertained. The safety & security of the voucher code sent lies with the participant
- All taxes as applicable and incidental expenses in connection with the Gulf Oil Unnati Rewards will be borne by the participant
- Gulf Oil will not be liable for any deficiencies or material defects in the rewards and prizes offered
- Guarantee if any of the rewards/products will lie with the manufacturer and not Gulf Oil
- All Gulf Oil Unnati Rewards are subject to availability and supply restrictions. Gulf Oil may without notice, withdraw or substitute any reward for any reward of similar brand (whether or not of comparable value and nature)
- Gulf Oil, at its sole discretion may replace or add any Service Partner at any point of time
- The participant will not be entitled to any refund or credit or exchange for the points redeemed
- Gulf Oil Unnati Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, points or any other form of goods or services except for the Gulf Oil Unnati Rewards displayed in the brochure
- The participant shall ensure that he/she verifies the reward once received and notify Gulf Oil at the helpdesk within 48 hours. In case of vouchers, the participant shall ensure that the envelope has not been tampered with. Gulf Oil shall not entertain any complaints post acknowledgement or delivery or acceptance of the Gulf Oil Unnati Rewards by the participant
Earning & Redeeming Rewards
- Incentives may include discounts, cashback, brand vouchers, loyalty points, or other promotional benefits.
- Incentives are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
- Redemption methods, expiration timelines, and limits on usage will be defined within the app interface.
- Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake registrations, misuse of coupons) may result in disqualification or account suspension.
- Any tax liabilities arising out of tax amendment of 194R (if applicable), must be borne by the GRS.
Modifications & Termination
- Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited (GOLIL reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the incentive program at any time
- Change reward values or eligibility criteria without prior notice
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy
- Data collected during the program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- By participating, you consent to data collection and usage necessary to operate the program.
- The incentive program must not be used for illegal, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- The provider reserves the right to cancel rewards for users involved in suspicious or prohibited activity.
PRIVACY POLICY & CONDUCT
GRS Program App of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited (GOLIL) is managed by Tajonline India Pvt. Ltd.
Tajonline is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information that can identify you when using this Website/App, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy (www.myincentives.in/privacy.html).
Subject to applicable laws and in accordance with Tajonline’s policies and procedures, Tajonline shall provide your account information to its merchants/retail partners or other third parties solely to the extent necessary for them to redeem and/or verify and deliver the orders placed by you or to provide you services on or through the Website.
By using this Site and/or services offered by Tajonline, you acknowledge and agree that Tajonline may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information and any content associated with that account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request,
- (b) enforce these Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof,
- (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (including, without limitation, the filtering of spam),
- (d) respond to support requests, or
- (e) protect the rights, property or safety of Tajonline, its users, partners, and the public. Tajonline will not be responsible or liable for the exercise or non-exercise of its rights under these Terms.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of Tajonline services, including your data or content, may involve:
- (a) transmissions over various networks, national and international; and
- (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
IP addresses and cookies: We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and report aggregate information to our business partners. This is statistical data about our user's browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. Cookies help us to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service. They enable us:
- a) to estimate our audience size and usage pattern;
- b) to store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customize our Site according to your individual interests;
- c) to speed up your searches; and
- d) to recognize you when you return to our Site.
You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting (disabling cookies) you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you log on to our Site.
Conduct
You agree that you:
- (i) are responsible for your own actions, conduct, communications or content while using My Incentives Website, and for any consequences thereof, and
- (ii) will comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations that relate to your use of or activities on this Site. You agree to use Tajonline services only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using Tajonline services, you will not:
- a) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- b) host, display, upload, modify, publish, post, share, email or transmit or otherwise make available:
- i. any content that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right;
- ii. any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any entity, unless you are the owner of such rights or have the permission of the owner to post such content;
- iii. messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, these Terms or any applicable policies or guidelines;
- iv. any content that is grossly harmful, inappropriate, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, infringing, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
- v. any content that harms minors in any way;
- vi. any content that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
- vii. any content that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
- c) download any file posted by another that you know, or reasonably should know, that cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
- d) impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material;
- e) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Tajonline services;
- f) use Tajonline services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- g) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on My Incentives Website or services provided thereof;
- h) interfere with or disrupt Tajonline services or servers or networks connected to Tajonline services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Tajonline services;
- i) use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of Tajonline services or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
- j) submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Tajonline; create accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences;
- k) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any Tajonline server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means;
- l) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual; or
- m) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

While Tajonline prohibits such conduct and content in connection with My Incentives website or services provided thereof, you understand and agree that Tajonline may or may not pre-screen content and shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove any content submitted to user account/ID.
We reserve the following rights:
- a) To block, suspend or terminate your access to this Site at any time without giving notice or a reason for such suspension or termination, for breach of these Terms or if we have reason to believe that the security of the Site has been compromised or is otherwise threatened.
- b) To amend, change, modify, alter or discontinue all or any portion of this Site or any function made available at any time without prior notice;
- c) To correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may have occurred and to change or update the content at any time, without prior notice.
Email and/ or SMS
- a) You hereby consent/permit Tajonline to send you communications, whether or not you have registered your details with the Do-Not-Disturb Registry, via email and/or SMS, Voice over internet Protocol (VOIP), Whatsup APP
- i. of any updates, upgrades, notices, or any other information that Tajonline deems important for its users to know, relating to its products and/or services, and
- ii. other appropriate and/or contextual promotional email and/or SMS related to transactions and/ or based on the user demographics, traffic usage, etc.
- b) Further, Tajonline shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability you shall suffer, on receipt of such email and/ or SMS, including but not limited to, due to error in transmission, virus, worm, malware, trojan, harmful components, etc.
Use of logos and trademarks
- a) Both parties of this understanding can use their logos and trademarks for the purpose of client statements and general business communication. Neither party can use other parties names, logos, trademarks in the context of partnership, joint initiatives, investments, unless covered under a separate written communication or legal agreement.
Rewards Terms and Conditions and Customer Service
- Customer Service Email-based customer service desk will be provided for queries related to any order.
- Communication with participants: Tajonline can communicate via Email/Sms or Phone with the participant regarding information related to their reward order transaction. Tajonline can communicate if required via Email/Sms or Phone with the participant base for special promotions to drive redemptions and special offers on products in the Reward catalogue.
- Tajonline Working Hours: 9.30AM to 6.00PM IST Monday to Friday, except for Public Holidays
Non-Receipt of Shipment
- Once the orders have been dispatched to the intended participant, Tajonline should be contacted within 15 days of dispatch in case of non-receipt of the reward item as the delivery details are available with logistics Provider only for 45 days. Failing to do this may result in delay in locating or providing adequate information about the missing shipment and Tajonline is not responsible for the loss incurred by Client.
- All rewards will have the relevant manufacturers’ warranty (if any) starting from the redemption date against manufacturing defects for the period stated in such warranty from the date of purchase (or longer if required by law) and the participant will have to directly contact the relevant manufacturer for any repair or replacements during the applicable warranty periods. Tajonline does not accept any responsibility for any manufacturing defects. In addition, no warranty, condition, undertaking or term, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the condition, quality, performance or fitness for purpose of any goods or services provided hereunder will be assumed by Tajonline all such warranties, conditions, undertaking and terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Delivery Attempts: In case of more than 2 attempts for delivery due to Customer/Participant availability at the time of delivery, each subsequent delivery attempt may be chargeable
- Tajonline's liability shall not exceed, in total, regardless of the number of claims, in respect of all matters, and shall be restricted to the reward cost against each claim.
- Reward Items like Gift Certificates/Vouchers/Gift Cards will not be accepted back after dispatch. Digital reward products like eCodes, eVouchers, mCoupons, etc will not be accepted after dispatch. eCodes, eVouchers, mCoupons will be sent Via email to the participant by Tajonline Tajonline shall not be held responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said eCodes, eVouchers, mCoupons.
- If the order has to be approved by the client then processing time will start post client has approved the order.
- Email once sent will be considered as delivered - as we don’t have control on the participant email setting so possibility of the email not be delivered due to Firewall issues or incorrect email address entered or email going in spam will be exempted out of delivery time service level agreed. Email for E-voucher if requested again via participant due to any reason will be not be considered under the delivery time service level agreed.
Limitation of Liability
- The provider is not liable for failure to deliver rewards due to technical issues, force majeure events, or third-party limitations.
- Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
